Delivery Option	Details	Cost
Standard Delivery	2-5 working days from dispatch. Delivery Monday – Friday (9am – 6pm)	£3.50
Next Working Day	Orders must be placed before 5pm Monday – Thursday for next day delivery. Orders placed on a Friday before 5pm will be delivered on Monday. Orders placed after 5pm Friday will be despatched on a Monday for delivery on Tuesday, and charged as next day delivery, with the exception of a UK Bank Holiday when delivery will be Wednesday. Note: At present we can't provide the Next Working Day Delivery option to a small number of locations – click here to see the exclusions	£6.50
Click & Collect	Buy online and collect in selected stores for free for orders over £50, £2.50 for orders up to £49.99. We'll have your items(s) at your chosen store within 3-5 working days from dispatch and you'll be notified by email and text once it's ready for collection. Your purchased item(s) will be held in your store of choice for 14 days.	FREE for orders over £50
CollectPlus Standard	Buy online and have your purchases conveniently delivered to a local collection point within 3-5 working days from dispatch. Your parcel will be held in the store for 10 days, before it gets returned back to us for a refund.	£3.50
CollectPlus Express	Buy online and have your purchases conveniently delivered to a local collection point next working day. Orders need to be placed before 5pm, UK time, Monday – Friday. Orders placed on a Friday before 5pm will be delivered on Saturday. Orders placed after 5pm Friday – will be despatched on a Monday for delivery on Tuesday, with the exception of a UK Bank Holiday when delivery will be Wednesday Delivery Monday – Saturday excluding Bank Holidays, please check the opening hours of your selected CollectPlus store directly with them. Exceptions: next working day is not possible for Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands – please allow an additional 2 days and up to 5 additional days in poor weather conditions.	£6.50
Saturday Delivery	The deadline for this service is 5pm on Friday. Please note: any orders placed after 5pm on Friday for this option will be delivered the following Saturday. Note: At present we can't provide the Saturday Day Delivery option to a small number of locations – click here to see the exclusions	£8.50
UK Offshore Delivery	Scilly Islands and Channel Islands - 5 working days from dispatch. Delivery Monday – Friday (9am – 6pm)	£3.50

NOTE:

Please be aware that we do not deliver to hospitals, universities or hotels.
Duties and taxes will apply to your order when delivered outside of the UK and EU.

E-GIFT CARDS

E-Gift Card orders will be delivered by email to the recipient, so there's no need for a delivery option and no cost to you.

SOLE SEARCHER

Even if your item is sold out online, we'll do our best to find it for you no matter where it is. But to give us a chance to find you your item in perfect condition please add 5 days onto any delivery promise - which will apply to all the items in your basket, even if only one has been sourced via Sole Searcher.

Before you head to the shops, we’ve made it easy for you to check that we have stock of your chosen product in a store nearby.

On the product page of your desired style you’ll find our ‘Find In A Store’ button. You can search stock by Store, Postcode or your current Location. This will show you where the stock is held in Dune standalone stores and concessions, such as House of Fraser.
